Welcome to The Official Tube of FootAdoration.com.
Please be aware that we tag every single movie that we host with the original creator. If your movies are out there, you deserve the traffic. It’s just not right otherwise. If we do have video posted, but we don’t know who the author is, we do reach out to our audience in hopes of finding you, and then we link the site, this is at the core of our ethos.
(Also) If you are a partner with us and we have a prior arrangement with you or your website, permission to broadcast trailers of your video for the purpose of promotion and conversions on you’re behalf, we will do so.
FootAdoration, does not knowingly engage in grabbing videos from other sources, that are from websites, copyrighted or watermarked, unless the content has been considered public domain for at lest 90 days. We take great time and care to only source video that are deemed “public domain”, if they are not watermarked to a specific entity.
If, by any chance, you have a doubt about the copyright of any of our videos, please contact us immediately, so we can resolve the issue and take the movie down if you don’t want the traffic. In addition, please email us and include the offending URL and I will pull that video same day. Please mail us, using the icon at the bottom right corner of our main website.

In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include:
1. the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
2. the nature of the copyrighted work;
3. the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
4. the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors.
