Please be aware that we tag every single movie that we host with the original creator.  If your movies are out there, you deserve the traffic.  It’s just not right otherwise.  If we do have video posted, but we don’t know who the author is, we do reach out to our audience in hopes of finding you, and then we link the site, this is at the core of our ethos.

(Also) If you are a partner with us and we have a prior arrangement with you or your website, permission to broadcast trailers of your video for the purpose of promotion and conversions on you’re behalf, we will do so.

FootAdoration, does not knowingly engage in grabbing videos from other sources, that are from websites, copyrighted or watermarked, unless the content has been considered public domain for at lest 90 days. We take great time and care to only source video that are deemed “public domain”, if they are not watermarked to a specific entity.

If, by any chance, you have a doubt about the copyright of any of our videos, please contact us immediately, so we can resolve the issue and take the movie down if you don’t want the traffic. In addition, please email us and include the offending URL and I will pull that video same day. Please mail us, using the icon at the bottom right corner of our main website.

In regards to December 18, 2008, when the Justice Department published “final” regulations concerning Section 2257 and related record keeping obligations.
(A) only content which they produced on or after July 27, 2006, requires record keeping. When it first proposed the new amendments in July 2007, the Justice Department indicated that this would be its position, and it has reiterated this position in announcing the final regulations. This means that content secondarily produced between the 1988 enactment of Section 2257 and the above date is free from all secondary producer obligations.

Terms 17 U.S.C. § 107
